 same issue with me. just noticed it today after an upgrade from 4.0.6 to 5.0.  after more googling found that the newer versions of Eclipse are not supported by RTC 

So, options appear to be downgrade to Eclipse 4.3.2 or upgrade to RTC 5.0.1 which was just released today (which annoys me because the upgrade from 4-5 took three weeks, I hope IBM fixed some of the upgrade issues and this version isn't as bad (E.G. I hope it works with Oracle now)

I can't try update by now. I will hope IBm fixed this bug too.
