can I configure 2 OU in CLM Server?

I have 2 groups in my LDAP and I need to configure both of them in the CLM/RTC to get in. Can I write 2 OU?

I don't think you can. You may need to set the base to the common DN of these two groups and add filters to restrict the search to these two groups only. If you use WAS, you can also use the federated repository but then you have to manually add user accounts in JTS/CLM.
