RTC and ClearCase Synchronization host

The CC Synchronizer needs to be on a machine where ClearCase dynamic views are installed, but the ClearCase server can be on a different machine. Similarly, the CC Synchronizer needs to be on a machine with HTTP access to the RTC server, but the RTC server can be on a different machine.
Note: the CC Synchronizer does need to be on machine where the ClearCase dynamic views have very good performance when accessing the CC VOBs.
