Requirements tab not displayed in v1.0.1.1

Has anyone encountered a missing requirements tab in V1.0.1.1? The only thing that I can do is to create a requirement. If I select View All or Import, no tab is displayed. Has anyone experienced the same issue? And is there any resolution or is this yet another bug?

I just downloaded Firefox and the requirements tab show for both import and view all....and all requirements are displayed.
