JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hi,
I'm using the setup wizard from Rational Insight 1.1.1.4, and in the step 2 (Configure Content Store Database) I'm getting this error while I'm trying to validate the information about the database.
Any Ideas?

Hello Renato,

to get more information about the error you can enable the trace logs for the setup application as explained in

Debugging the setup application process

I would also check what you get in [Insight Install Folder]/setup/tool/JazzTeamServer/server/logs/jts.log
