CLM 4.0.6_All Job Failing at Build_Star Node

Hello Team
We have CLM 4.0.6 and Rational Insight 1.1.1.3 Integrated. We have configured CLM4.0.6_All job for it.
In the execution its failing in the end at Build_Star node below is log file snap :
