I can do it through JAZZ Admin login. Can't it be done through any other id?

JAZZ DEVELOPER

 Hello,

do you mean:
- change my own work allocation
or
- change other user's work allocation
?

Only users with Administrator privileges can modify other users' records.  Looks like this is governed by being in the JazzAdmin group.

yes, if the user is project manager and having all rights, even then he is not able to change his team members allocation, only if he is added in JAZZ Administrator, then only it is permissible. Which is not correct.

As a project manager he should have the rights to change the allocation for his team member and he should not have access to JAZZ Admin. Please resolve the same,
