Can I order the field checks during saving a WorkItem to avoid backward - forward jumping of the fields

Is there a possibility to order the field checks during saving a WorkItem to avoid backward - forward jumping of the fields in the Workitem.

We want to have the following order: WI asks for Tab: Overview                    Field: Work Product Version
WI asks for Tab: WPI Details                Field: Inspection Phase
WI asks for Tab: WPI Details                Field: Checklists
WI asks for Tab: WPI Details                Field: Work Product Type  

But we get the following check order which is not good for straight forward editing
WI asks for Tab: WPI Details                Field: Inspection Phase
WI asks for Tab: WPI Details                Field: Work Product Type 
WI asks for Tab: Overview                    Field: Work Product Version
WI asks for Tab: WPI Details                Field: Checklists

How can we order the checks ?
