How to extract configured Value Sets?

We have configured some Value Sets but the enumeration lists are very long and it's not easy to follow them in RTC eclipse client. Is it possible to extract them to an excel sheet for a better visibility for the defined mappings or is there anyway to have a better visibility for easier tracking?

 The information is stored in the Process Source which is XML. You can manually search the XML and copy the data. You can certainly also write code to do that, if you know the API.
