Can RTC plans be exported to a csv or MS Project?

I am using RTC 4.0.1 and have created a "Plan" of type Release backlog.
Is there a way to Export Plan and / or Plan dashboard in any view type (for e.g. iteration view) to either a csv format or MS project comtible format?
This is help with progress reporting to management, who currently do not have access to the tool
Please advise.

I see an Export to XML in a 4.0.5 WebUI. No idea what might "understand" it with respect to importing.

"Export to XML" is also available in 4.0.1 however that is not usable for reporting or adding content to status reports
