Where Can i get the download file for IBM RQM Offline ?

I am trying to get the install file for IBM RQM Offline for Windows 10 OS.

Microsoft Store is blocked from my PC. SO i am trying to see if there is an exe file that is available for download

From Jazz..net go to

Downloads -> Products-> Engineering Test Management

Select the version you are interested in

Look for the "All Downloads" -> under "Extras" -> Microsoft Excel and Word to Rational Quality Manager Import Utility
