Hello.

We are on 4.0.6 CLM

When we are trying to install Screen capture tool on IE 10 of 64 bit on windows 7 causing this error. In case of firefox is also issue exists.

Any work around to fix this. I have enabled java scripting for applets also enabled.

Here is the error.




How to resolve this..based on tool tip its clearly saying only IE 32 bit on windows 7 ,but is there any work round for 64 bit as well.

can you screen cap the error msg ? I would like to see it.
(I know - you can not use the screen cap tool - possibly use Paint)
