When using automated test scripts in RQM, can the shared drive reference an RTC repository?

We are using RTC v5.0 and RQM v5.0.

When we are following the instructions here to "Make Shared Resources Available" https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_make_external_available.html&scope=null, is there a way to make an RTC Repository the shared resource location?  If so, I'm looking for guidance in implementing that.
