RDNG notifications not being sent in 6.0.1 iFix2a

Any of the notification features are not working in RDNG 6.0.1 after applying latest iFix 2a. It used to work fine in 6.0.1 iFix1. we migrated to Liberty profile while upgrading from 6.0. to 6.0.1.

I tried to comment on Artifcat, Collection, Module and Review. No notification sent.

So I restarted the RDNG and then it started working but it again stopped working as soon as we hit below message in logs :

NullPointerException always looks bad. If you can consistently reproduce the error (say if you revert back to iFix01 it works again), it is very likely a defect. I suggest you contact Support and provide more details for the investigation.
