Using RSA Design Manager 4.0.6
Two users connected from RSA Eclipse based client to the same server workspace.
User A, adds a UML Class to a package so the package is locked and you can see such info in Design Explorer view.
User B, is working in same project and he tries to create a UML Class in the same package than User A. RSA shows an error because the package is locked in a ChangeSet.
But... how can User B list, see or search which elements are locked? I thought refreshing his Design Exlorer view that info should appear but it doesn't.

Is it working as designed? Or I am missing any tep or feature?
