Removed old rhapsody operations in design manager

Hello I have design manager application version 4.0.3

I work with rhapsody.

When I delete a operation under rhapsody, imports my model under design manager and when i performs a query on all operations, the deleted operation is still visible.

How can i removed it definitively from design manager?
