Plans not showing on plans menu

Trying to list the plans for my project area.  I have several, but they do not show up in the plans menu.  Basically, it's stalled while "loading", and the list of recent plans in blank.  See screenshot.


When I use the All Plans Query, I see them. 


Using RTC 3.0.1.3RTC-I20120326-1442 with Firefox 29.0.1

My reputation is not high enough to upload pictures.  Sorry.  I'll try to describe it.

Under the plans menu, the Welcome and Queries section show up.  The Create Plan menu section just has Loading... under it.  Recent Plans (4) has nothing under it at all.
