Unable to access workflows
Hello,
When I access the workflows link in the work items section, I get no response.
This happened after I was creating a new status for tasks in my project area and I was updating the workflows to incorporate that new status. I got a warning message (indicating something could not be set to null) and I noticed that all statuses in that workflow were no longer visible. I exited and went back in but I could no longer access the workflow section for any type in that project.
Am using Rational Jazz Team server version 5.0.2

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER Try using the RTC Eclipse client, I have seen that if one client has an issue, sometimes the other does not and allows fixing the issue. Jono Copper selected this answer as the correct answer

Thanks Ralph, was able to refresh the workflows from the eclipse client and it is now available from the web portal. |
