Hi,

Please kindly assist. I am trying to download RTC, but I cannot do this because the field “State or Province” doesn’t populate. I have entered all required fields and this is the only field that gives me problems. This field is found under the web page when filling in contact details. Please kindly advise.

I have exactly the same problem.
This seem to be a temporary issue with jazz.net webpage.
I will talk to some jazz people about it.
