How do I get to "Window" in RTC?

Becky Kohl (345) | asked Jun 04 '14, 10:02 a.m.

Many instructions in the Jazz forum and the IBM knowledge center refer to starting to look for something by going to "Window".

What does this mean?  I do not see a "window" anywhere.  I am looking specifically within RTC v4.0.4.

Thank you,

-Becky

Note - Setting up chat is an example of where instructions say to go to Window:

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/?lang=en#!/SSCP65_3.0.0/com.ibm.team.collaboration.doc/topics/t_connect_jabber.html

("Click Window > Preferences.
In the Preferences Window, click Instant Messaging.")

The link does not load for me, but it seems the "Window" is the Window menu from the RTC Eclipse Client.

I found a working link: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.team.collaboration.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_connect_jabber.html
and indeed, "Window" refers to the Eclipse client menu.

Having said that, you are right that the IC article is not clear, and the words "Eclipse Client" do not appear in it. I believe you could file a documentation enhancement via jazz.net to address that.
