Microsoft Team Foundation Version Control with Rational Team Concert

Is there a way to integrate RTC work items with the latest version of Microsoft Team Foundation Version Control. In other words, how could I use MS' version control system instead of RTC's? Where can I find documentation on how this would work?

I don't think that's supported, but there is a request open to have that implemented:
