RQM 4.0 standard reports are not pulling required data.

Hi Team,
  I have created few Testcases and mapped defects to test plan, then Ran reports 'Execution and defects by owner', 'Defects list', 'Execution Trend', but not returning any data. Could anyone please help for resolving these issues.

There are 2 types of reports - Data warehouse and Live reports. Data warehouse reports give data only when data collections jobs run successfully.

Please check if Data Collection Jobs have run successfully or not.

You can check this from server:port/qm/admin . Go to reports tab and the if the jobs are completed or not.

Thanks Shuchita,
Somehow the data collection jobs have not been run at that time.
As we are not having access to Admin Reports section, we could not able to check them.
