We are able to enable "Log the usage of permanent CALs" and the log file calLogFile.csv is creating.
But the license usage is updated in the log file every one hour once. how to set the frequency so that the log file should update every minute?

Yes, but it is only for authorized license. Also i want to tell clearly in separate question.
