Checkin of source code to SCM results in error message CRJAZ0977I

We have resently upgraded from Version 3.0.1.1 to 4.0.3 and now when I try to update a change set I get the following error message:  Any ideas?

Checking-in changes to new change set
Your license or license setup doesn't currently allow you to modify a repository workspace. Reason : An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400.  Message: CRJAZ0977I The "com.ibm.team.jazz.foundation.enterprise-v3" server license policy does not allow the "com.ibm.team.scm.server.createPersonalWorkspace" operation..

It seems you don't have the correct IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) 4.x license assigned. You need to install them during the upgrade.

To confirm the above diagnosis, please install the 10 Free RTC Developer Licenses and see if this resolves the issue.

Hi,

Thanks I looked in details at the Licences and assigned an appropriate V4 Licence.
All working now.
