CRJAZ1663E Error installing new licences on RTC 4.0.1

I have the Error message :

Une erreur s'est produite lors de la demande de prévisualisation de l'état de licence. (CRJAZ1033I Failed to fetch content _XOfcYercEeKdGP_u3F-joQ.)ID CRJAZ1663E

When installing RQM Quality Professional 4.0.1 licence or RTC Developer IEP 4.01 on JTS 4.01.
It is already installed with the 10 free license, and I want to upgrade it.

JTS is running on OpenSuse 12.0 64b.

Someone may help me ?

Hello,

The jts.log is big. There is no trace with the CRJAZ1663E message in it.
Here an extract with the 11/07/2013 and 12/07/2013, when I have worked with the licences.

Not sure if this is an OS requirement, but the server seems to be missing the JAZZ_HOME variable and value.

Hi,

I have tried to remove all licenses, and install it again in the order :
RQM Quality Professional 4.0.1 license
RQM Contributor 4.0 license
RTC Developer IEP 4.0
and then the RTC Developper 10 C License 4.0.1 in last.

No messages, and it seems to work now.
I will look at the JAZZ_HOME variable and correct it if needed.

(yes - I saw a couple of similar topics on the forum, where CAL upload order was causing problems)
