JTS License server for authorized user licenses?

Is it possible to have a single JTS license server for authorized user licenses and different RTC environments?

Example:

We have 100 authorized user licenses and two different RTC environments (R1, R2, independent from each other)

It is possible to store all 100 authorized user licenses on R1 and assign these licenses from R2 ?

Or have we to split it (i.e. 30 on R1, 70 on R2) and change it when the user proportion change (i.e. to 50 on R1 and 50 on R2)

If not, would this be possible with floating licenses or only with tokens (with a separate license server)

You do have an option to make the jts server (lets say R1)where you deploy the Authorized server a Floating License server.

By doing this, you can point R2 too this License server. This way a single License server could cater 100 licenses in one shot, and you would not need to keep proportionating the License splits, as the usage on each of the servers fluctuates.
