Please provide more details.  What client are you using to create the sandbox (Eclipse, Visual Studio, Command Line, Windows Explorer)?   What is the exact sequence of commands you were using?   What is the error message you are receiving (if any)?  What do you mean by "elements in my profile"?   What do you mean by "complete, but not registered" (provide specific example, with expected file paths and file contents)?

Note: I modified the question to remove the multi-language title (to avoid confusing the "search" results), and to remove the RQM and RRC tags (since the question does appear to be about RQM or RRC).

That information should be sufficient to start the discussion.  It's unfortunate that the team is using the term "sandbox" for both the file area maintained by RTC-SCM, and for the hosted trial areas on jazz.net.   To avoid confusion, I'd suggest using the term "jazz.net sandbox" for the latter kind of sandbox.  I'll adjust the question title, and the keywords, to reflect this.
