Editing a Test Plan causes the Test Team value to be changed to null

When we create a Test Plan in RQM, we select the Test Team from the dropdown.  However, when we subsequently make an update to the Test Plan, the value of the Test Team changes to NULL.  Is this a known bug in RQM?

We are at 4.0.3 of the CLM products.

Thanks for the quick response, Ara.  The fix for this defect, which was included in 4.0.5, does look as if it will resolve our issue.  We will be upgrading to 4.0.6 next month and we will test to make sure that the issue has gone away.  When we do, I'll come back and update this forum item.
