DPR-DPR-1035 Dispacher detected an error. - Rational Insight
Hi, Our Rational Insight server is getting into hung state intermittently on windows environment and it requires a restart of webSphere application server to serve the requests again. Insight is connected to the Oracle 11.2.0.3 database using 32-bit drivers. As part of troubleshooting the queue limit for the report service is increased to the maximum of 900 seconds in the cognos configuration and also increased the proxy time out in the IHS configuration. however these changes didn't help us. Error details from the cognos and WAS logs are attached. Any suggestions on this is much appreciated.

Hi,
Looks like this is a known issue with Cognos 10.2.1.
A temporary work around could be killing BIBusTKServerMain.exe processes from task manager. By doing this all the reports started working.
