Upgrading RRDI results in CRRRA2083E error during RRDI setup

Hi All,

While running RRDI setup as part of Rational Insight upgrade I ran into below error.

The reporting components could not be deployed due to an error. 
com.ibm.rational.rrdi.setup.biserver.common.RRDIBIServerException: CRRRA2083E: Cannot connect to the report server.

All your suggestion much appreciated. Thanks.

The error CRRRA2083E is quite generic, and there are many possible causes.

or you may find more within Jazz.net.

I would recommend to check rrdi_setup.log and Systemout.log/Systemerr.log (for Websphere) to make it more specific. If problem persists, please explain the detail how you set up the profile in the setup wizard.
