Upgrading RRDI results in CRRRA2083E error during RRDI setup
Hi All,
While running RRDI setup as part of Rational Insight upgrade I ran into below error.
The reporting components could not be deployed due to an error.
com.ibm.rational.rrdi.setup.biserver.common.RRDIBIServerException: CRRRA2083E: Cannot connect to the report server.
All your suggestion much appreciated. Thanks.

The error CRRRA2083E is quite generic, and there are many possible causes. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21652043 http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21641440 or you may find more within Jazz.net. I would recommend to check rrdi_setup.log and Systemout.log/Systemerr.log (for Websphere) to make it more specific. If problem persists, please explain the detail how you set up the profile in the setup wizard. |
