Hi

I'm using RRDI  in was and CLM in tomcat. I'm trying to assign a cognos role to a jazz user but rrdi will not list the Jazz Users.

Any help?

I'm following the knowledge center here :
https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_5.0.2/com.ibm.rational.rrdi.admin.doc/topics/t_mappingjazzteamserverrolestocognosroles.html

But it does not list the users.

Hi Cesar,

There is a Show Users list option that you need to select to see all the users in Jazz Namespace.

Hope it helps.

Shradha

Hi Shradha

When I click on Show Users it only shows my user (the one that is logged but not all the users)

Hello Cesar,

you might want to check this forum post:

How do I add a user from the Jazz Namespace to a role in Rational Insight
https://jazz.net/forum/questions/115292/how-do-i-add-a-user-from-the-jazz-namespace-to-a-role-in-rational-insight

and ensure that you have an user assigned to the OAuth key for reporting.

Hi Francesco

This is my JTS server Consumers (inbound) section :
I have the user there "administrador_rrdi" . Is this ok? The user has a valid license and is JazzAdmin
