How we can Import Rational Insight OOTB reports after upgrade from V1.1 to V1.1.1.2 if we have unchecked the import option while upgrade ?

Have you tried Export / Import report package? You can export the existing report as package file and put it into a new enviornment. As long as the same FM model, it should work. You can find more details from infocenter

the Insight sample reports are found in <InsightInstallDir> \cognos\deployment\Rational_Example_Reports.zip
See the info center topic below for details on how to import them:

Importing report packages

Note: If you are integrating with CLM, importing this package will overwrite the data model with an older version, so you will need to import the CLM data model again after that.
