RRDI Report Email Delivery - Change Sender/From Address

We currently schedule pdf reports to be sent on a weekly basis.  When users receive these reports via email, they get delivered from the report authors email address rather than a generic mailbox email address.

How can we change who the report is sent 'from'?  We don't want RRDI reports delivered from a User Accounts email address.

Hi Andrew,

It appears that is just one working scenario in Cognos Configuration. This technote provides more information on your issue - What is the Default email sender and how is it changed? You could also learn more about Send As Behavior at Send Connectors.
