Ask a question

how can an asset owner (or any non-admin) see a history of who (which particular users) have downloaded a particular asset in RAM?

We would like our Asset Owners or other specific users to have the ability to see expicit historical information about how has downloaded a particular asset/version combination.  I know the administrators can use the audit facility to get a report like that, but we would like the non-admins to easily see the history for a specific asset.  Is this possible?

On a related note, is there a way to automate the publishing of an admin audit report?  For example, we would like to create a weekly automated job that would create an audit report, export it as CSV, and then publish that to our wiki.  Is this possible?

 Hi Chris,

Seems ordinary user could not see the download audit other than repository admin :-(...

Don't know how to generate the report automatically, you can use a report service to generate then report and then publish your report to wiki manually, here's the link of how to generate the report: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/ramhelp/v7r5m1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.ram.web.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_joining_data.html

Thanks & regards...
