RTC 4.0.5 ISPF Client Connect To Project Area Panel System Error

Hi,

We have installed/configured RTC 4.0.5 ISPF Client, Build System ToolKit and Build Agent on z/OS.
When we are trying connect to the Repository Connection. using option 1
We are getting the SYSTEM error on the top and  | Unexpected THEN or ELSE |  on the bottom of the connect to Project Area Panel.
