Difficuties in reading timestamp feld due to timezone difference
Our project is based in USA UK and India now the issue is that we have date field that shows differnt date as per time zone difference.
So bascially if a persona enters a date 11/11/2014 t might show a different date 10/11/2014 in differnt location. Is there anyway I can make sure that timestamp field use smae timezone irrespective of users timezone.

As far as I am aware, no.
This has been asked before and I am not aware that you can select a timezone to show all dates or have a hover that shows a time based on the servers timezone.
I quickly scanned, but I could not find an enhancement request. I think it would be useful. You can create an enhancement request with support or using https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWelcome
