 Hello,

We are using RAM 7.5.1.1. 
Is there any way we can disable user registration prompted by RAM for first time login users?

Hi Pramod,

We could not do so because RAM will check whether a user could access RAM or not, and the user information is stored in some user repository ( file system, LDAP and so on ), if the customer want to access RAM then RAM will search the user information from the repository.
