RTC Client 4.0.5 on RHEL - XPCOM error - 2147467261

I have a user using the RTC 4.0.5 client and when he adds comments to a work item he gets
Error logged from Process Client UI: XPCOM error - 2147467261.
Is this a know issue with a fix/work around?
