Error loading Additional Plan in RTC

Hi, I'm having the following error when trying to load plan in web interface of RTC - the error seems to be in the gantt chart, when loading additional plan data:

Hi sharoons, ... thanks for your help.
Actually, the problem only happens when showing the gantt chart. I just stopped using that field. It is not the best option, but it was the only way I could even use RTC to plan my projects.

I opened support requests, but no answers/solution provided yet. Actually, for some users, specially the RTC support team, the view is working fine, but not for me and some of my colleagues.

Hi vdotson,

Actually I tried the support with the team handling the RTC server, I didn't open any ticket, but talked to many guys in their team, but no success. My team was not able to see the gantt chart in RTC, but everyone in the support team was able to see. They replied that it was an issue in my environment and they don't support those issues.

I didn't agree, but I had nothing else to do. I just removed the field from the view and managed the project without the gantt chart view! :(

Do you know anything about this issue?

Did you try clearing browser cache ?  I have similar report but with different method named, suggested that user clear cache and the page would load (Task Board view of a Plan).
