Automatically performing STORY action in RTC upon script execution in RQM

Rajesh Avanthi (10815145173) | asked Mar 20 '14, 3:30 a.m.
Hi

We would like to know if the story created in RTC can automatically act based on the script execution in RQM....!!

For Example:

We import some scripts say "login" script into RQM from RFT and after executing it, it got passed.
Depending on the outcome of execution the related story/task for same script in RTC should close automatically.

Appreciate few inputs if this can be achievable...

Hi Rajesh,

Unfortunately, no.  However, RQM does support un/blocking test case execution records based on blocking defects in RTC (see

Hi,

I am not aware that there is any capability to provide this kind of custom automation in RQM which then drives RTC. You might be able to have some automation tool that uses REST API against RQM and act upon its data following links to RTC and doing modifications.
