When Installing Portal With Rational Automation Framework 3.0.1 and above. There is a Base Starting Point error? How can I fix this?

The base starting point is a token value within the response file. It's actually not a value that get's translated in the configure.properties of RAF. You need to open the configure.properties and set the BASE_STARTING_POINT to 10000 which is the portal default starting point in which to scan when doing an install. This occurs when making a Portal Install automation plan.

That makes sense. I hit this problem when doing a Portal install and had  a PMR. Thanks for making the info available.
