RAF Client API: Access denied: 0

Hi,

we are using 

- RAF 3.0.0.5
- WAS 8.0.0.5
- IHS 8.0.0.5 

everything :o) is working as expected but the client ("Dynamic Action editor" configuration perspective) throws a error: CRRBF0101I: API: Access denied: 0

The SystemOut.log from the server:
