RAFW 3.0.0.3 BFException[0]: Secondary token mis-match

I have freshly installed RAFW 3.0.0.3 standalone. Meaning I have no build forge installed as a separate product.
I was able to run integrateToBF.sh. But any action in the web client results in a "BFException[0]: Secondary token mis-match"
I have rad the other thread about this issue. But does not directly apply. I checked the "template_c" issue, which is empty as well. But since this is a new Installation, I have no backup to restore.
The installation was running smoothly.
Has anybody fixed this problem allready?
