Contributing to the Work Item Query Toolbar

Hello
It is possible to extend the Work Item Query Toolbar the same way the Work Item Toolbar? In the last case we can extend the com.ibm.team.workitem.web.editorToolbarAction but I can't find the same for the first tool bar or maybe is the same but with different parameters?
