Jazz use of @ , keywords, etc...

Some users are asking about email notifications when included in a comment etc.. and want to understand this capability. For example @<jazzuserid or name> would work ,but how about an non-jazz user email address or domain group for example - would this work in sending out an email to them? |

Hi Norman,
I the user is not available in Jazz system then the notifications will not be sent to him.
