Linking RM to QM to validate requirements

Marie Bellemare (111) | asked Mar 08 '17, 6:55 a.m.

2 different projects were created. 1 RM and 1 QM. The RM user is entering requirements in their project and we are creating test scripts in our QM project.
He (RM) has created an association to the QM project. We (QM) have created an association to his project.
How do we setup the link between the projects so that we can validate the requirements to our test scripts/cases?
We have tried several ways but it does not work.

Thanks,
Marie

Start with this document.

There is only one association that you need between a pair of RM and QM projects - Requirements, which RM "provides" and QM "uses". Once it is configured, you should be able to link a requirement artifact to a test case.

Not quite sure what your "several ways" are. Any details?
