unable to connect to Jazz team server installed on RHEL from a windows PC

 hi

I have installed Jazz Team Server on RHEL 6.5 (32-bit) and configured the applications successfully. On RHEL server it works fine, but when I try to open web client with the url from a windows machine I am getting an error "web page is not available". 
Can anyone ever faced this issue. Please guide me through this.

Few thoughts.
  • Can you ping the server?
  • Are there any firewall rules that would prevent your data from coming back?
  • If it is on Apache tomcat, can you try to access https://<serverName>:<port>/ - the Tomcat admin page should come up, and if it does not, it is likely due to a network issue

My issue fixed, just disabled the firewall on the RHEL server and it worked.

 Thank you.
  • I can ping both the server and the client machines
  • I turned off firewall on windows machine
  • The tomcat admin page is also giving same error.
