Got this request from a client who is trying to maintain SOX compliancy.  I provided the information below.  Any other suggestions or ideas anybody's got?

Suggested Solution:

Keep an administrative repository workspace loaded with the latest component baselines across all valid streams

-Then you can use base OS or eclipse text search capabilities on the loaded files and folders
