Is there a way to restrict access to specific RRC artificats/modules?

I found this in the InfoCenter but I am not seeing any 'Restricted Access' field in my 4.0.5 RRC instance.

When a "work item" is mentioned, it is likely talking about CCM/RTC, not RRC. And I don't think we can apply restricted access to the level of a single artifact as for now. You can do it down to the folders though. You can check out some similar discussions on this forum.

Hi Donald,

Thanks for your quick response and the links.  This clarifies the features currently provided.

The group I work in could really use the "read access" restriction.  That is restricting the ability for someone to read the content of an artifact, module, or folder.  By 'read' I mean they cannot know of it's existence.

Can you recommend how to request this enhancement?

RFE is the recommended method to request new features.
