Can I be able to change the Look and Feel of Jazz (the whole backround blue colour)?

Please Help Guys,

I want to change the whole blue web-interface on jazz. How can I do that?
some articles they on talk about adding features or changing the color of the added text etc.
I want to change the whole BACKGROUND BLUE COLOR.

Thanks for your response dinesh,

But that link only shows me how to change the color of the label that I will add, buttons etc, it does not show me how to change the whole background color. Please Help
